          Craig called today to say that Swift are planning on going out to this sooner now - they are planning w/c 18th july 2016 - if we can provide a second man. I just need to confirm with Mr Drake that this is ok and email Criag back - left a message on Mr Drakes phone.

          Mr Drake called back and I have updated him that Swift have not got all the parts they need to do the job so they have put back the date 1st August 2016. He was so lovely and said he is just happy they are doing it. Mr Drake's number is 07767200656.

          Craig from Swift called this morning - this job was due to be done this week but now it can't be done as swift say they do not have all the parts and they don't have 2 men to complete this job. They have now set a date of week commencing 01/08/16. Craig said that if the customers are unhappy they can call the Swift customer serivce number and speak with them - craig said that swift are going to send the customers some flowers and chocolates.

          Swift put this on query - So I re-submitted with more information saying where it is leaking and that we are aware its out of warranty but it shouldn't be leaking like it is.

          SBH005555 Claim submitted to swift. Paul called wanting an update as this has just been submitted and the van owners have been on the swift forum. Van owner is unhappy with the amount of time this has taken to be reported to swift.

          I cannot see that an appointment has been made for this week and an emergency job has come up. I have therefore moved Steve to the other job and will re-schedule this job for next Wednesday.
