      This unit was purchased 03/03/2019, therefore is now outside the 5yr Goodwill replacement.

      All good thanks hope you are too.

      Based on our records, the customer had a total of five doors replaced last year on three separate occasions, we only cover doors that have actually delmainated. Since the original supplier, who provided the doors at the time of the van’s build, is no longer trading, we offer a goodwill policy to supply the doors free of charge within five years of the date of purchase. However, this van is now beyond the five-year period and outside our goodwill policy.
      Given that the customer had replacement doors just last year, I am willing to make an exception and agree to replace all the doors in the kitchen and lounge with parts only, provided you are willing to contribute to this?
