Description
Boiler door, lower cupboard door to the right hand side of oven and the 3 drawer fronts opposite cooker are delaminating.
Customer is Bob Thacker, doesn't have photos of the issues as they are difficult to get in the light.
Mr Thacker advised legal proceedings will begin if not received a satisfactory response by the end of the week, quoting CRA.
I advised that for CRA, the issue needs to be declared as inherently faulty, these doors have only started delaminating after 5+ years.
Have submitted to Swift to see what they say, will let Mr Thacker know of an update once received.
