      It was picked up on the sale of the caravan, pre handover. This included an electrical check. The guests have just purchased the caravan but have not stayed in it yet.

      The holiday home was sold on 21.11.2025 to Mr & Mrs Morgan . Are these all the details you need?

      Hi Claire

      Thank you. We will be back in on Monday Jan 5th, when Duncan will be able to access the park, which will be gated until then.
      As explained the electric to the van could be off with it being the closed season, if Duncan wants to call myself or Darren to check, that would be good, may just be the trip outside or the whole row/ring?
      The holiday home owners are due to come back around February 11th, it would be good to have this working for their first nights stay.
