        Nigel from the park called to ask about this issue, checked on jira and we had nothing reported to us.
        He said that one of our engineer had attend pre xmas with Dougie, spoken to our engineers and keith has been out to this and said that it needs a thermocouple?
        I called Nigel back to apologise that it taken to so, Ive explained that as its under warranty i need to submit this via swift / spinflo.
        I will submit into swift today and let them know that this has been send to spinflo.

        Ash from spinflo asked if our engineer can go out, I have checked with ade and our engineer are booked all of this week/ next so I have asked Ash to send an engineer.
        he has said that it might be a take a week, this will have to be accepted.

        Nigel from the park has called and spoken to Mo asking if we have an update, I have now emailed Ask at Spinflo to see if he can advise me when the local engineer will be attending to this van.
        Now waiting for a reply from Ash.

        Ash from Spinflo has now answered my question and said that an engineer will be attending w/c 04.02.15, but I think he means next week w/c 02.02.15.
