Mrs Stratton has written to Willerby, they have passed the correspondence to Surf Bay saying that we should get the park to investigate, Willerby have advised that they are not interested in anything that is not a warranty issue.

I have rung Val at Highlands End and advised that Willerby have passed the paperwork back to us, stating that they do not inspect or repair anything that isn't warranty and suggesting that we get the site to deal with this matter.
I have arranged for Steve and myself to visit the site on Monday 4th November to inspect the unit. Mrs Stratton will not be on site because the site is shut but Val said it will be fine for us to visit and inspect. I have informed Val that I will send a letter to Mrs Stratton advising her of this and checking she has no objection

Report sent to Jo- Ann I have advised that I am happy for our engineer to fit any parts they might wish to provide as a gesture of goodwill

Willerby advise that due to the age of the unit, they are unable to undertake any repairs on the unit
