          Sue's customer is complaining that he has had 4 out of the 7 front windows seal go causing condensation, this is something that has been a problem from new and he has had several windows replaced. Sue would like to know what if anything Willerby would be prepared to do. She needs a response back from them in writing

          Willerby have advised that this is not covered under warranty. The unit is 10 years old and well out of warranty.
