      Mr Smith has emailed back to say thank you for the offer but he feels £750 only covers the cost of not being able to rent his van, as he had to eat out for several days he feels £1,000 he would be happy with

      Spoke to Darren, he has agreed to this but will be talking to Vanessa, sent email to Mr Smith advising we will pay the £1,000 as requested

      Mr Smith has e-mailed for an update whilst I have been on holiday, Atlas will not budge, so Claire has spoken to Darren and they have agreed to pay him £1000.00 which Darren will then claim back from Atlas.
