I have verbally spoken to Vanessa, she advised that Atlas will not pay any compensation, she advised that this should have been picked up by the commissioning engineer at the site. She is now questioning who they had to commission the services to the holiday home. Vanessa will put this on an e-mail to me.

Mr Smith has emailed back to say thank you for the offer but he feels £750 only covers the cost of not being able to rent his van, as he had to eat out for several days he feels £1,000 he would be happy with

Mr Smith has e-mailed for an update whilst I have been on holiday, Atlas will not budge, so Claire has spoken to Darren and they have agreed to pay him £1000.00 which Darren will then claim back from Atlas.
