Steve cannot remember this job, or why it was not done, I have checked the worksheet and it looks like his writing, I will issue another worksheet and arrange for an engineer to attend on Monday 3rd November

Steve and I have found details of the last visit which shows this to be a much bigger job than anticipated, Steve is also wondering whether the walls are bonded.
He will try and sort this issue out today but will report back if there is a problem

Steve has advised that this is a water ingress issue and should be dealt with under warranty. I have given the paperwork to Claire and asked her to deal with it
