We have received an e-mail from Gary Rix advising that Swift are going to replace the whole front window, (there was nothing on Jira) but in the meantime the triangle top window section on the front has moved and gaps have appeared that the wind and water is now coming through - please see photo’s attached.
I have spoken to Samantha at swift who said that they want to go down next week w/c 11-03-12 but this still needs to be confirmed - she asked if anyone could go and try to make the area water tight - Steve is on site doing PDI'S today so I have asked him to go and see if there is anything that he can do.

Laura advised that it is just the front triangle window that is being replaced not the whole of the front - Laura is still trying to get confirmation that they are going w/c 11-03-13.

Swift have sent an e-mail today to say that they have made a provisonal booking for an engineer to attend w/c 11th march.
Looking at the description box , linda has put some notes on say steve was doing PDI etc, so she has been dealing with this one.
I will advise linda that I have just received this e-mail.

Darren asked me to call Laura and find out if there is anything outstanding on this van, he also said that the window manufacturers went down with the wrong window, I spoke to Laura and she is not aware of this she said that the window was replaced with the new style champagne window and the engineer is there today fitting extra packers - Laura confirmed that all the other issues on this van are completed and that compensation of one month site fee's. I have e-mailed Darren with this information.
