      Willerby declined to do anymore with this issue, but Mrs Strutton has written to them again. I have spoken with Jo Ann who is looking into this issue and will get back to me.

      Jo Ann has asked us to find out exactly when Mrs Stratton took over this unit. I have left a message on Val's answerphone asking her to give me a call

      Val has advised that Mrs Stratton took over on 27th March 2008. I have tried to ring Jo with the information but she was not at her desk

      I have spoken to Jo at Willerby, she has advised that they escalated this issue to Ellbee again, but unfortunately they were only willing to help on a chargeable basis. Willerby have written back to her advising of this and have heard nothing since. They have now closed this on their system
